Third one of the Collectable Propaganda t-shirts is here!

The Unkillable Soldier - Article

We know you love ‘The Unkillable Soldier’ from our album The War To End All Wars, but do you know the awesome story behind the song?

Sir Adrian Carton De Wiart endured a shocking number of potentially fatal injuries during his service, including a bullet to the eye, the loss of his hand, and let’s not forget that he had the back of his head blown off by a machine gun.

From plane crashes to escaping a Prisoner of War camp, this resilient human being survived it all and continued to fight through three wars: the Boer War, World War I and World War II. All he had to say at the end of WWI was “Frankly, I had enjoyed the war!”

So, as our new song has become such a firm favourite of yours, we hope that our collectible Propaganda t-shirt will pay a fair tribute to his undying spirit.
