Where’s my parcel?

To be able to search for your parcel, you’ll need the 5 digit Order Number that was sent to your E-mail when you made the purchase. If you cannot find that E-mail please search for it in your spam folder or similar. For further help, please contact us: customersupport1@sabaton.net

What will the shipping cost be?

We offer flat rate shipping world wide!
(Regardless of how many items you buy, the shipping fee will be the same!)

Sweden: €2.99
Other EU countries: €3.99
Rest of the world: €4.99

All shipments outside Sweden is sent by Deutsche Post.
Upon arrival in the destination country, the local postal service takes over the transportation and they uses the same Tracking ID / ParcelNo as you get when using the track function above.

All shipments within Sweden is sent by Postnord.(Download their brilliant App here!)
