Sabaton’s alliance with world-leading game developers Wargaming continues to go from strength to strength, with a special appearance at the company’s own festival.

WG Fest is an annual event for fans of the Wargaming games, which include World of Tanks – the title that contains Sabaton’s own special edition “Primo Victoria” tank, crewed by bandmembers.

Sabaton will play a one-off show at the event – at Moscow’s ExpoCentre on 15 December – and will also make a personal appearance, talking to Wargaming fans about their own love of gaming.

Bass player Pär Sundström said: “We’ve had a lot of fun working with our friends at Wargaming so we know this show is going to be a blast.

“For any Wargaming players who haven’t yet been introduced to Sabaton through our work with World of Tanks – we guarantee they’re in for a surprise when we hit the stage!”

Wargaming is a leading developer in the field of massive multiplayer online games, and its three main titles, World of Tanks, World of Warplanes and World of Warships, have more than 100 million active players around the globe.
